Its my pleasure to add you as co-manager of this bloq, instead of wasting you enrgy with Zio-Baathist.

Tony is honest, he is just trying to be informed and undestand what is going on in Iraq. Like myself, like many others. But there are individuals who, in my opinion, are abusing his and his visitors' good faith.

Thank you for your offer to
access your blog. However I have not much free time at present, and I'd prefer to come here and post depending on my possibilities rather than accepting an engagement that for the time being I cannot fulfil. Let's rethink it in one month, or so. I feel honoured with your trust. Thank you friend.

TRUE, but the gate to hell is paved with honesty and good intention.
Under the tittle of "Objectivity and Constructive Crtisism" We have seen what how Palestinian blog becomming an anti-Hamas/Syria/Iran/Islam.
WE HAVE TO TAKE A SIDE

Lucia and fatima

I am very interested to hear your comments on the bloq. I am proud of what I did but still I have som proplems to solve, Like editing my comment after posting, using colours and creating URLs. I wonder if you can help me with that.

I am satisfied with the comment section which was difficult thing I faced while creating the bloq, unlike at Palestinian Pandit the comments are inked to the post and appear below the post in the same page.

Your blog looks great, you may be proud of your work. The comments section is fabulous and it is very good that all comments, both current and older, can be traced as if it were a page within the site. This is a great improvement regarding the Haloscan tool, that although it is practical, only allows to see the last half dozen of comments or so, while in this way all of them can be viewed a click away.

So the blog is stupendous, and the only thing it needs is a tiny bit of polishing with the editing, for instance, not repeating the titles twice, mark the break of paragraphs when need be, and minor things like those that, as time permits will be perfected. So congratulations, uprooted, your hard work bears fruit.

BTW, Fatima
I read your comment at Al-manar site. It was about Arslan who sponsored the meeting of the Asshole Jumblatt and Hizbullah

I despise Jumblatt as much as Ariel Sharon and samir Jeajea but IF arslane is trying to unite Lebanese groups that s only good for the Country. I do not trust Jumblatt especially when he is ranting and urging the Us to do something but if he sides with Hezbollah and sees the important of resistance (as we are seeing it now ) surely he is not to fear for the UNIty of Lebanon . so i think Hezbollah should be compassionate even with enemis (except the zionists)

Uprooted, this is easy for you. If you access the editing tool for the blog, I mean, the place where you write de text to be uploaded, there you'll find everything.

It has two options
1) the text option, to write there without html tags and
2) the html option
And you can move from one to another

If you use the "text" option, note there is a series of signs on top of it. You'll find kind of a color-chart to be clicked before the word or words you want to write in a different color.

You've got also there a sign, kind of chain, that if you click on it will form the links tag, that you will only fill in with the URL

There is a spelling corrector too.

You can also choose among different fountains, or write them in bold (the strong "b", or italic "i"), and yet there is a button to upload images too.

So everything is up there.

As to editing after posting, there are two cases:

--1) if you have just uploaded a post, you'll see two possibilities "edit entry", "create new entry". Choose the first one, edit what you wish, save it and upload it. That's all.

--2) In case it is an older entry you want to edit, then go (through your blog's "kitchen") where it reads "edit entries", click, and this will lead you to find ALL your entries, that is the blog's "guts". Select the post you want to edit, and after correcting it, save it and uploade it.

I hope this helps - though I'm not sure if i got to explain it clearly enough. But it is easier to understand if you have the "inner part" of the blog, the "kitchen", before your eyes. You'll see it with your own eyes.

I was using Edit Html, and never thought to hit Compose. It was enough to tell me; Hit compose. Thanks again for the help.
You know, Till my graduation in 1970, we were using slide rules for calculations, simple calculators were not available and if available, we were not allowed to uae at exams.

Until mid 1980's we were still using drawing tables for drafting.
When the company I work for bought its first computor, I never dared to touch the key board for 3 years until I moved my kids from puplic to a private school where kids learn computor from Grade One.
My eldest daufgter was at Grade 9 and know nothing about computor, so I decided to learn to teach my kids, Since then the computor is my best friend. I spent thousands of hours, to become, I would say an expert in software, hardware, without attending any course. By trial and error I met problems, Bill gates never met, and solved it without following the protocole.
But still, in theory I am almost Ignorant. I coppied and pasted more than 10 codes to get th recent comments work.

I agree with what you said about Jumblatt, I am not blaming Hizbullah for dealing with Jumblatt. They did the right thing in the right Time, The same apply on Syria dealling appointing an ambasador in Iraq, and Hamas dealing with Pharoah and Arab puppets.

WOW uprooted, you never cease to surprise me. So, you learned computing to teach your kids. Wow, that's amazing!

The more I watch the comments section the more I like what you have done. It is fabulous. Including that detail of expanding the post from the Main page, to see what it is about. That's great because imagine ... the nephew coming over here (lol) to blurb his nonsensical baathisms. Suffice to have a glympse on the message to skip it, something that is unavoidable in the haloscan thingy.

I am new in blog business, I spent 6 years on MSN Discussion groups, MSN deleted every group I made, because of Zionists complains, and MSN bias, My friends wanted me to leave MSN but I refused to leave the battle field (MSN). Whenever they delete a Group I surprised them and draw a new on from underground. SIME 14 (Situation in Middle East version 14) is still active, and I still have 6 spare MSN groups.

I am stubborn, and as a Hungarian friend described me: I Fight like a dog.

I stayed at Palestinian Bloq and tried my best to put Tony on the right track, but I failed and was kicked out. The best thing I got there is you,
I read all your comments and great replies, and was mad because I was helpless and not able to get in to help.

Although, I am very busy managing many groups, I decided to start a blog and make I better then Tony's.

Yes I like the comment section, frankly, I searched and found many Codes, the only one that worked was this one. Its much better than the haloscan where reader comment without knowing what was the Subject.

For example I attacked Zara without knowing that he just translated the Carton for you.

I hated to see good comments fade, because some loser moved to start the same shit under another thread while the comments of Tony and those who agree with him appear in the body of the posts. I used to copy and store it at one of my msn groups to use it when necessary

Lucia,
thaks for your support at palestinian bloq and for your great help here.

I repeat my invitation to join me, without any commitment. Do whatever you can.

For Example you can post directly instead of leaving links it on the comment section.

With managerial tools you dont have to gig to find an old post.

Yeah I knew the SIME story, you had commented it at Pal-Pun. That's a case of perseverance indeed. :)

Tony is a good guy and is on the same trench, I mean on the right track, regardless some of his opinions may differ from yours, for instance, regarding the Syrian regime. But this is not that important as long as the love for your country prevails, as I'm completely sure it does. You both are entitled to your own views, these differences are minor. Actually you like 95 per cent of the material he posts on Palestine, don't you?

Thank you again for your trust and your offer, but as I said I'm currently short of spare time. Maybe in a next future we can reconsider it. I have also the idea -when time permits- of creating one blog for Palestine in Spanish, and translate articles I access in sites I visit that don't reach the mainstream media in Spain; to help spread the word. If I do that, I'll ask you to tell me how to make a comment section like yours, I really like it. You've done a great work. I have not seen a better comments section than yours anywhere.
