Hmaiqani - Ki-moon

Yemen Qaeda commander Abdol Wahhab al-Hmaiqani, who is blacklisted by the US Treasury Department, is participating in Geneva talks and appeared shaking hands with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.

Al-Hmaiqani, one of the major Qaeda funders in Yemen, is hosted in Geneva, while the US airstrikes targeted Qaeda commanders in that country, what raise the suspicion about how the American administration and Saudi deal with the terrorist group.

One of the hypotheses indicate that the US and Saudi attempt to keep Qaeda commanders under their control and eradicate them when they violate the set limits.

In this context, the US air raids have so far killed seven of Yemen Qaeda commanders who have announced their intentions to extend their activities to reach other countries, as a Saudi spy, who was behind the killing of the terrorist leaders, was detected.
